What is dypt?

dypt is a task manager for the modern day. It does a lot of things, but fundamentally it's a tool that helps you organise your life and get things done faster and more efficiently.

I started dypt because I craved a simple way to manage my tasks that didn't place any limits on how I chose to organise them.

I've designed dypt with several core principles in mind:

• Be intelligent - dypt is designed to be intelligent. It helps you craft your tasks to overcome the initial hurdle of getting started. To create your tasks, you can use the built-in AI, the dypt community, or your own knowledge. We give you the tools to get started, and you can use them however you want.
• Be flexible - dypt is designed to allow your tasks to be as simple or as complicated as the reality of your life requires. You can add as much or as little detail as you want to your tasks, and you can organise them in whatever way makes sense to you.
• Be simple - dypt is designed to be simple. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, so that you can spend less time learning how to use the app and more time actually getting things done.

Who is dypt for?

dypt is for anyone who wants to get things done and likes to be organised. Whether you’re a student, a professional, or a busy parent, dypt can help you organise your life and get things done faster and more efficiently.

What does dypt mean?

’dypt’ means ’deeply’ in Norwegian. I chose it to symbolise the app’s capability to delve into infinite task layers, giving you great organisation of your tasks. Besides, it’s short, catchy, and easy to spell — a rare combo for a startup name!

Where is dypt based?

dypt is based in the UK, but enjoys a diverse global user base.

How much does dypt cost?

dypt has a feature packed free tier, which I intend to keep free for as long as dypt exists.

However, I do have to feed my family, so there are also premium tiers with fantastic additional features, such as collaboration and advanced AI capabilities to make your life easier still.

I hope you'll love dypt so much that you'll want to upgrade to a premium plan, but if you don't, that's fine too. We'll still love you.

Are there any ads in dypt?

No, there are no external ads in dypt and there never will be. I believe that ads are a distraction from the task at hand, and I want to keep dypt as distraction-free as possible.
