We have two premium plans available, pro and vip which offer value adding functionality to help you get the most out of dypt.

Premium plans

PRO

dypt pro is a low cost subscription that gives you access to all the great features you've come to expect in our free starter plan, plus some great extra functionality.

• Extra AI credits
  • dypt pro offers more credits for our AI features, so you can get more task break downs, ideas, and help estimating time for your tasks. And, as we add more AI powered features, you'll be able to use more of those too!
  • 100 basic AI credits - get 100 basic AI credits each month vs 25 on the starter plan.
  • 50 advanced AI credits - get 50 advanced AI credits each month vs 5 on the starter plan.
• Switch between basic and advanced AI - switch between basic and advanced AI intelligence levels on a task by task basis. This allows you to get the best of both worlds, and use the AI that's most appropriate for the task at hand.
• Use AI to add tasks from an image - Got some handwritten todo's you want to add to dypt and share with your colleagues? No problem! Just take a photo of the todo list, and ask dypt to add the items as tasks. It'll automatically add the tasks to your list. You can even use this feature to add tasks from a screenshot of a digital todo list. Or perhaps you have something you need to do in a book you're reading? Just take a photo of the page, and let dypt do the rest. Or for a different example, have you broken something and you're not sure how to fix it? Take a photo of it, and ask dypt to list the steps to fix it. The possibilities are endless!
• Private task sharing - privately share your tasks and collaborate between five people. Fine tune the editing permissions that each user has. Want people to be able to mark tasks as complete, but not edit them? No problem!
• 15 Repeating tasks - set 15 tasks to repeat at an interval you choose instead of 3 on the starter plan. Great for those tasks that you need to do every day, week, month or year.
• Daily email summary - get a daily email summary of your tasks, so you can stay on top of your day. It shows you what's due today, what's overdue, and what's coming up in the next week as well as a break down of the priority of your tasks.

VIP

dypt vip is our top tier subscription that gives you access to all the great features from our starter and pro plans, with some great extras.

  • 300 basic AI credits - get 300 basic AI credits each month vs 100 on the starter plan.
  • 150 advanced AI credits - get 150 advanced AI credits each month vs 50 on the starter plan.

Pricing

We aim to keep our pricing as low as possible, so that everyone can benefit from the great features that dypt has to offer.

We offer discounts for annual subscriptions, making it even more affordable to get the most out of dypt.

Finally, we aim to provide a great service that you feel is worth every penny. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day refund policy.

Managing your plan

We aim to make it as easy as possible to manage your plan, so you can focus on getting the most out of dypt with the minimum of fuss.

Upgrade

New users

If you've not yet joined dypt, once you've signed up you'll be able to choose a plan to subscribe to.

Simply choose the plan that's right for you, and you'll be able to start using the premium features straight away once your payment has been processed.

Existing users

If you're already a dypt user, you can upgrade your plan at any time by visiting the subscriptions page and selecting 'Manage plan'.

In the customer portal, select 'Update plan', select the plan you'd like and follow the instructions.

Your plan will be upgraded immediately, and you will be charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan. You will then be charged the new price going forwards.

Downgrade

You can downgrade your plan at any time by visiting the subscriptions page and selecting 'Manage plan'.

In the customer portal, select 'Update plan', select the plan you'd like and follow the instructions.

Please note that if you downgrade mid way through a billing period, your plan will be downgraded immediately and you will be given dypt credits for the remaining time on your current plan. These credits will be used to pay for your subsequent billing periods until they run out, at which point you will be charged the new lower price going forwards.

Change your billing period

You can change your billing period, for example from monthly to annual, by visiting the subscriptions page and selecting 'Manage plan', then 'Update plan'.

Select from the 'Monthly' or 'Yearly' buttons at the top of the page to choose your new billing period. You can then select either the same plan or a different plan, and follow the instructions.

If your new period costs more upfront than your current period, you will be charged the difference immediately. If your new period costs less upfront than your current period, you will be given dypt credits for the difference. These credits will be used to pay for your subsequent billing periods until they run out, at which point you will be charged the new price going forwards.

Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the subscriptions page and selecting 'Manage plan'.

In the customer portal, select 'Cancel subscription' and follow the instructions.

When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. This means you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.

At the end of your current billing period, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be able to select from any of our plans (including our free starter plan) to continue using dypt.

Reactivate

Still within your billing period

If you've previously cancelled your subscription, you can reactivate it at any time by visiting the subscriptions page and selecting 'Manage plan' and then pressing renew. Your payments will continue as normal.

After your billing period has ended

Simply select a new plan to continue using dypt.

Update your payment method

You can update your payment method at any time by visiting the subscriptions page and selecting 'Manage plan'.

In the customer portal, press the edit button next to your payment method and follow the instructions.
